A bit Disappointed

As much as I liked the look of this I had a few issues so I had to send it back. First, it came broken. One of the pieces you put the screw into was hanging off so I could screw one of the pieces together. Second, the baskets swing a lot! I didn't realize how much they would move when getting items in and out. I was going to keep this against a empty wall but every time it would hit the wall and scratch it all up so keep that in mind when buying this. If you don't have Walls that will scratch or you won't need to have it up against a wall then you will be fine. I am giving it three stars as I was refunded right away and if I did keep it I heard the customer service department would have been helpful in dealing with the broken piece from others who have reviewed this. Also, it is nice looking, unfortunately I have limited space and need something up against a wall so I will look for something that doesn't swing :))
Solid but basket holders don't work well so bit of a hassle

Solid materials, aesthetically pleasing, easy to assemble and a stable stand frame. A nice size overall and the baskets are just right for home storage of vegetables, fruit, etc. A significant negative however is that the loops that hold the baskets to the frame are not set wide enough and so the baskets repeatedly and easily slip off the holders and occasionally spill their items around. Odd oversight that has been noted by many other reviewers and one that should have been corrected for an otherwise well engineered product.

I've wanted this basket stand forever. It's very cute and easy to put together. It's smaller than I expected, which is my own fault for not looking closer at the measurements. However, once I had it together, I decided that I like the size of it. If it was bigger, it would be overwhelming. Good product, glad I got it.

It's nice if you have the space for it, but looked too bulky in our kitchen. It also didn't work with our white modern kitchen. I felt like online it gives the impression that it works great in small corners but to me it looked like an eyesore. Ended up with a 2 tier counter basket from the same line and I am much more pleased with that.
