Great sturdy, well designed. However the extra 1/2" is important to note!! (Had to be modified to fit my cabinetry.)

I think every dishwasher should have one of these installed to prevent more damage than necessary WHEN a leak develops.
After the second repair involving a leak in a dishwasher, I installed a leak detector. However when the next leak occurred, the water ran under the adjacent cabinet before pooling enough to trigger the alarm.
This looked like just what I was envisioning: a pan similar to what is used under washing machines to collect water in the event of a leak.
Initial impression was that it was very well constructed - almost too well I found! Upon rolling out the dushwasher and contorting the pan into the spot, the extra 1/2" was too much fir what the builder spec'ed as 24" exactly.
I noticed that the sides flare out and it has a rolled lip that protrudes a bit, so like any impatient but determined engineer/handyman/fool, I used a dremmel rotary cutter and trimmed the top flared lip from each side. It doesn't look pretty, but who will ever see it except me and the future repair person! (it is *really* sturdy ABS plastic, probably stronger than is needed compared with washing machine pans I have seen.
So bad on me for not precisely measuring the outside dimensions of the rear wheels/ front screw feet and the interior of the cabinet opening.
Other than the fit snafu, I would recommend this!!

Ordered 2, but 1 came with cracked corners. Taped them. It is important to realize these have an open end. Can be slid together and taped or adhesives (caulking silicone) to seal them together - if you need more than 30-40 inches. Used them both effectively even with the one cracked. Useful product in a unique dishwasher (underneath with the open end facing the kitchen floor) or clothes washer situation.
Awesome product that people need to know about!

This fit perfectly. I didn't even know these things exist until I had a water leak under my dishwasher that's got behind and below my cabinets and took a toll on my wood floor. This company seriously needs to get these into appliance stores. I'd have bought one with my dishwasher had I known about them.
I also took a battery powered flood alarm and tucked it into this pan and below my dishwasher so that if a leak does develop, I'll find out before there's water on my floors.

Great Fit

My dishwasher had been leaking at the water supply elbow for about a month before i noticed it. The subfloor beneath my porcelain tile was saturated. I had to break all the tiles and backer board out with a hammer and chisel to let the wood dry. After drying for a few days I put this down and now I have some piece of mind. I plan to use a moisture alarm also. The pan was a snug fit and I had to force it down. Some reviews had issue with the fact that the pan doesn't have a lip on the front. If there was a lip I would not have been able to roll my dishwasher back under the cabinets because it is a tight fit between the top of the DW and the counter.
Perfect

This may pan out (pun intended) to be a great purchase. When your dishwasher leaks slowly your screwed. Your floor is rotted and you don't know till your dishwasher is in pieces on the basement floor.
With this you will see leaks before they ruin anything and obviously it protects the sub floor.
Installs really well
Fits perfectly
Very happy I bought for our new house
