The description says to order 2 sizes larger than normal because they run small, so I got the XL instead of my usual medium; fit is perfect. I love the way the pouch fits, and they stay up a lot better than some of the other low-rise pants I've purchased. I wear them as long underwear in cool but not super cold weather. They feel great under jeans! Just be sure you look at the photos to know which type you're ordering - seller has the tight long-john style that I wanted, but also has loose-fit lounge pants on same page...

I am 5 foot 10 and 173 pounds. I usually wear a medium but ordered XL to play it safe based on what others said.
They are way to tight and beyond to short. I haven't even washed them yet!
If you are looking for a pair of mesh high water pantyhose then order these future laptop/sunglass cleaners.
