FAIR SUBSTITUTE FOR DINNER ROLLS.

When you haven't had bread for many months, these taste pretty good. They were fresh and had consistency texture of normal wheat based rolls, but were a little chewy. In addition they tasted a little 'eggy' which most of the low carb breads do because of the amount of eggs used instead of gluten and yeast. But, over all a pretty fair substitute, I think. The cons that I experienced was surprisingly small size of the rolls, their cost plus shipping, and the length of time from ordering to actually receiving the product. It was a 10 days before they were shipped and another week before delivery. Since these were made right here in my state, I think this is somewhat excessive. For that reason alone I won't be ordering any of LC Products again.
