I am 5'7" about 200lbs I ordered a 2xl (US size large) and it fits nicely. I am 2 weeks postpartum and wanted something to suck in my gut this does a good job. I don't get a bulge on my legs, only con so far is the clasps wrinkle when you sit so I wouldn't recommend this with tight thin fabric clothes.

I followed the reviews and sized up two sizes as advised (xxxxL, I usually wear XL-XXL). I know it's supposed to be snug and hold everything in, but after a few hours the seams really start to dig in and the legs start to scrunch upward and give me a thigh bubble which isn't something I've ever had an issue with. I'm 5'6" and some change and about 190, but I'll have to really shed some weight to really make wearing this for any length of time comfortable. On the bright side it did really help my posture while I was wearing it.

Followed recent reviewers. Purchased Tag XXL/US L (order #1). I think they put the wrong size in the bag bc I couldn't get past my upper knee/lower thigh. No way I could get both legs in it. I immediately ordered Tag XXXL/US XL.(order #2) When I put the 2 on top of each other, there was such a differential that I know for sure that the wrong size was in the original order. It looks like there's 1 or 2 sizes in between the 2.

I tried the Tag XXXL/US XL and it fits perfectly, so perfect that there is no way I could ever use the other 2 rows as it would be too big. I could easily go to the last row so it only helped in smoothing me out. While it works and my dresses look great, it does not give me the compression I wanted. I will re-order the Tag XXL/US L again to see if my theory is correct. BUT I am keeping the larger one because it is very comfortable for those days you just want to smoothing.

Quality of material is a handily 5 star. I am giving it a 2 star just because of sizing. I would recommend ordering 2 different sizes in one order, just in case. AND don't do as I did by ordering last minute and then having to play the re-order arrival game before traveling. LOL

I have now ordered 3x from this vendor- 2 Black and 1 nude. My review above was for my 1st Black order. This addition is for the nude which I ordered Monday and arrived today(order #3). This vendor or Amazon ' s warehouse need to get it together. I ordered this nude in the same size as order #2 (Tag XXXL/US XL). It arrived on time because I paid extra to get it here before I travel in a few days. This one fits like order #1- too small and I can't get it past my knees. I sized it against order #2 and again with the size differential. It's going back. Buyer beware. The vendor states that they have resized their packages but I'm starting to think that Amazon may have some of the old mixed with the new packages because this is too wacky. Also, I noticed that the too small orders (#1 & 3) didn't have a tag attached to the item whereas #2 had a tag that clearly had 3XL on it.

I'm 5'7 168lbs n I ordered a XXL....it looks like I lost a dress size or 2...the only reason I didn't give it 5stars is because I have a little bulge right above the knee wear it ends but u would have to really b looking for it to see it....it sucks you in everywhere especially around the hips n lower stomach n those r my problem areas!!definitely worth it!!
