Since being told by my doctor to take a Probiotic, I have been supplement hopping and this seems to really work well so far. I don't want to seem gross but there is some gas with it and it does help with constipation. So far this is the one I recommend. I did not realize how expensive Probiotic's are and if I find an absolute great one I will update this review.

Great product. Been using to feel regular while on opiates for cronic pain. Also been taking antibiotics after surgery, so need to return balance of good Flora. Is working wonderfully on both fronts! Very happy

My first time taking a probiotic in pill form and I'm impressed. I started out taking two but it caused an uncomfortable bloating feeling. Now I take one every day, and everything stays regular.

Not sure if it's the pills but I have lost five pounds this week! That's just the bonus! I am on these to help get rid of a yeast infection that was lingering. That is gone and I feel like my energy level is improving also.
