Not bad for the price

First, this is not a high-end product. It is cheap and fragile plastic. Don't expect it to last a life-time. If you want a real metal unit that will last, spend about five or six times a much and get a good one. This is truly an example of getting what you pay for.
Second, installation is easy with a couple of suggestions. A tool must be used to tighten the connections, or it will leak. Be very careful and just snug the connections with a pliers. Use thread tape. A spool is provided, but it did not work very well for me. I had a different roll in the house that probably cost a dollar or two at the hardware store that worked much better. Installation takes a little effort to make sure there are no leaks.
Third, use this product gently. There was an identical one in my condo when I moved in. I don't know how long it was there, but after a year of my use, it broke in two ways. The switch that changes the flow from main head to the hand-held head jammed and stopped working, and the chrome wrapping on the hand-held hose came off when my housekeeper used it a bit roughly to clean the shower. But I liked it, and for $30, it is okay.

Amazing product for the price! I bought essentially the same head by Kohler for $75 but I saw this and thought I would give it a try and I love it. Returned the other one. This product actually has more settings and a wider rain shower head. HOWEVER, the quality is not as good as name brand, more expensive products. This was lighter and flimsier, but in my opinion, excellent quality for the price paid. Does the job and looks great.

Just got a new house and wanted to change all shower heads, put this in two including master and its great. Way better quality than expected for such a low price. Love all the settings and seriously the longest handheld hose I've ever seen. The master head is mounted super high for some reason in my new house, its over 7 feet up so the long hose is great.

They say it's easy to install and I'm proof. I'm a one armed, 50 year old woman with no experience fixing things. So I was truly the perfect test subject for this install.
The hardest part of installing the Hotel Spa shower head was getting the old shower head off. Everything I needed for changing out shower heads came in the box. Once I got the old one off, I followed the directions and easily put the new head on.
If I could suggest anything, it would be an online video demonstrating the installation. For some it is easier to read and for others to see. Just a suggestion.

I love this shower head it is the first double shower head I've had in the bathroom and it is now the best shower head I've ever had.
The shower head is extremely easy to install just follow the instructions and make sure that you have a little plumbers tape lying around. Make sure that you apply the plumbers tape to the hose connection to the shower head and the pipe to the shower head mount. This thing has six settings on both shower heads but I can only use two of them (the last two settings) comfortably the other settings are either to powerful or not strong enough. The handheld shower head is great for cleaning the shower or for washing hair; the hose itself is slinky and flexible unlike others that were rigid. If you need a shower head that has great value for the price get this one.
