I returned these. They were too tight for us. The dancers in our group refused to wear them but they do have sensory issues so maybe that is why. I don't have sensory issues and have a smaller head though and they still seem small to me. They are nice and strong, and pretty. I kept 12 that we'd tried and returned 12 and the seller refunded my money in a timely manner so that was great.

Each headband came individually wrapped, so no need to worry about the sequins getting stuck together or tangled! Also, you can't get a better quality for the price!
