First off, everyone should just go to Walmart and get a $1 plastic condiment squeeze bottle to put this in so there is no leaking and much more control of quantity. Since I've given this to my dog in her early morning breakfast her coat has been super soft like noticed almost immediately. Obviously the health benefits are what this is for it's the same as humans using fish oil. I have a 12 pound Havapoo this large bottle will last me probably a year to maybe 16 months
