I had received this ring as a gift for Christmas. It held up 8 months untill I lost a stone. I bought a replacement and within the first 24 hours of wearing it 3 stones fell out. I dont have a printer for a return label and I feel like its a waste of time to return something I feel that they should just send me a new one all together without all the "homework". Disappointing..
