I was so shocked to see how amazing my body can look with help of some amazing shape wear. I tried so many times throughout the years to find something that snatched my body to make me look my best. This shape wear does wonders. Not only was my waist snatched, but my butt looked amazing, and my legs looked super firm. Definitely worth it. The issue is that you have to do some trial and error with the size you get. I got a medium even though my clothing is usually a 0X, yet after almost 2 whole minutes this shape wear fit and didn't take away my breath or make me feel pain from tightness. I will warn that you try not sleeping with this on, since the firm fit is meant to shape you, sleeping with it on is not worth it. I almost passed out once from how firm it was on my belly, and woke up not being able to breath properly. Please be mindful and don't sleep with it on.

I bought this Faja because I'm recovering from a very traumatic hysterectomy. I'm only 45 and now in menopause because of it and my stomach is so huge. This faja sucked me in so much I don't know how it did it. I weigh 208 pounds, am 5'6 and ordered a large. I did have just a bit of trouble getting it to close because of my belly but now that it's on I feel very secure. I have no idea where all the fat has gone! I do feel a bit nauseous though because it's soo tight. But I know it will stretch somewhat with me so I'm not too worried. I usually wear my compression garments to sleep but there's no way I'm going to be able to in this, the compression is too strong. Plus the gusset hole is not long enough to go #2 which is a huge design flaw in my opinion. I knew this before ordering because a few reviews mentioned it. But I thought they might be just complaining. I don't like how this pushes your boobs forward either but that's just me. I don't like having big boobs. The straps on this are fine I haven't had a problem but they are on the loosest I could make them. Overall I'm keeping this for all day wear but it's a shame I can't sleep in it. I have tried a few different fajas and this one is the best so far regardless of its imperfections. It gave me what I was looking for, a flat stomach.

Ok I've got the good the bad and the ugly on this one. First off if you plan on this being your first faja after surgery definitely order up in size. This is a strong level compression and it's hard to wear long hours if you aren't already adapted. And I'm saying that as one who has waist trained and also frequently wore tight spanx or assets before surgery. I should wear a medium based off the charts but the large is hard to wear all day. I know I will get there but I actually went back and ordered an xl as well. Which I can comfortably wear all day and feel like I'm getting support with my added lipo foam. This is however loose in the thighs so not ideal fit long term. Ultimately I'll go with the large when I get there.

Also I have to say if you just had breasts done as well then the straps can be a tad uncomfortable. Not unbearable but not my favorite.

The unmentionable part but also quite important if you are wearing this 24/7 after surgery is accessibility to pee"¦it's already harder to get around don't need to make it worse. I used a different one at first and I have to say for something you will be going commando under I much prefer the other brand. I actually took scissors to the crotch of this one because the seams were over the top annoying. They have a heavy surged edge and it rubs wrong feeling like an all day camel toe"¦no thanks. Snip snip! Hopefully this doesn't effect the durability but I just couldn't deal. I get it for modesty or whatever but come on. Heavy seam in a sensitive area. No thank you!!!!

All in all yes there are minor design flaws but I still feel this is a very quality faja! Great bang for your buck. But you may need to alter this slightly.

My lymphatic massage lady who is from Columbia recommended this Faja. It's perfect. Great quality. I didn't believe I'd fit into this because it seems so small and the fabric is so strong that you don't think it'll stretch, but it did. As I'm only 5 weeks post-op TT, flank and lower back lipo, I worked my way in slowly and gently. I got in the first time by having my husband pull the back out over my butt. I didn't need him to help me in the second time; you just have to break it in a little the first time.

I could not fit in my lipo foam in there, only my abdominal board and lumbar board. I also couldn't clip it up all the way because my torso isn't that long. So I left 2 open at the top and folded under.

The V area is the main drawback to this faja in my opinion. It's far too small and squeezes my lady bits out through the opening (sorry, TMI). It's quite uncomfortable! To fix this, I inserted a 5x9 gauze pad (or a Maxi pad will do) inside the opening once I got it on so my girl wouldn't fall out. Lol I also HIGHLY suggest getting a pee funnel because it is a LIFESAVER and you won't have to worry about soiling your faja since the opening isn't wide enough (at least not for my liking). Aside from that, this holds and compresses REALLY well.

Hey so I'm coming back to edit my review and add that over the span of less than a month I have seen some pretty incredible noticeable changes in my body and I definitely feel curvier and sexier. I will include my old review though because parts of it are still accurate this faja does fit weird and is very uncomfortable at times BUT it does give a flattering shape and like I said has made some substantial and lasting progress on my body shape. Oh but another negative update is that the hooks in the front are beginning to show signs of damage or stress in the form or bending slightly, all are still useable though. Overall I'd still say I have mixed feelings but they're definitely more positive leaning that before lmao.

I have very mixed feelings on this product. I can't lie that it's kinda hard to get on and can be very suffocating and uncomfortable but I guess that's to be expected. I even made sure I definitely got the right size based on my measurements. Anyways, I'm not a fan of the thin and removable straps. Also it fits kinda weird on my short, chubby, top heavy body. It bunches around my waist and squeezes me uncomfortably especially when sitting, bending, etc. I do like that it comes with a hole in the crotch to make peeing a little more accessible and easy but it still sucks having to get basically naked to poop lol. I've only worn it like three or four days and I will admit it gets easier to get into and more tolerable to wear as you go however I don't think it looks super flattering on me, I haven't seen any real progress in shaping my body, and I'm still not jazzed about how awkward and uncomfortable it is. But I'll admit that also could be because this is my first and so far only faja. My first day wearing it I genuinely thought it had pulled my shoulders out of place or something because I could barely move or lift my arms with how much pain I was in and I had difficulty breathing. I ended up crossing the removable straps behind my back to hopefully relieve some of the pressure and pinch on my shoulders/arms/and chest. Speaking of which where it sits in the front is kinda awkward too but I'm not quite sure how to describe it. All in all it's a little bit of a disappointment for the price point. I'll be back tho in a year or so to change my review if I'm wrong and it does end up working!
