After taking a sausage making class where the instructor waxed on about his bench knife being the most versatile instrument he had and he just loved it SO MUCH, I wanted one, too. It arrived in a sturdy box nestled in a velveteen inlay looking rather elegant, so much that I momentarily debated keeping the packaging as its continued home when not in use. The measurements are accurate and it works well for both cutting and scraping with a handle that is comfortable to hold. So far with a month of use, it has been a fabulous purchase. The company also seems way up on their customer service, contacting me before it had even arrived to inquire why I'd selected their product and to assure me that if anything about the transaction wasn't worthy of five stars to contact them and they'd do their best. I didn't respond, but I am leaving a loving review -- this scraper and the experience as a whole definitely warranted it!
