It gives me tons on energy and is good for pre workout.. i cut out the nitric oxide, testosterone booster and creatine because this stuff does it all for me.. take in the morning give me a clear head along with a coffee I promise you will feel a surge of energy you never felt before.. warning though.. you will use the restroom(#2).. this stuff gets it done.. take my word for it.. Easy to use. Stirs into my coffee nicely, only slight taste change. No ill effects "downstairs" Mental and energy enhancement fairly minimal. (more initially, then less so.) My stomach is very sensitive and easily upset, no problems with MCT. Have had increased weight loss, not sure if it is coincidental. Also, hair is softer and shinier and I only use a teaspoon a day. No doubt increasing these healthy fats and reducing sugar has been a health win. When I tried to move up to larger dose, I did experience some dizziness, so sticking where I am.

So far so good. Use this for my morning routines. Especially useful for workouts on an empty stomach. Try to not consume this with sugar or carbs. I find that digestion issues arise when I use this and some type of sugar. Also 2 tablespoons will get me through the morning, well past 1pm. But I wouldn't go past 3 tablespoons in a serving as that tends to give me the jitters.
Since this product contains mostly C8 and C10 fats, those who are JUST starting on Mct oil should start with 1/2 tablespoon first.

I am giving this a 5 star rating because of the price and it seems to work better regular MCT oil. I hear the best is C8 only, but that is out of my economic reach. I will be buying it again. And although others talk of a pump, the bottle I have as a small hole in the lid which I like better.
