Still a mess...

All this did was make the facial hair curl backward...right into the pore. This clogged the pore which produced hard pimples. After two doctor visits my skin is still a mess, and was told that not much can be done. I never thought I would have to deal with pimples at this point on my life. Think hard before purchasing this.

This is NOT a pain free option for facial hair remover, but it is very efficient. I have more facial hair than most and am an almost daily plucker so this works great. It catches even the smallest of hairs. It took me a couple of trys to master the rolling technique but I got it figured out. At half the price of some other brands it's well worth a try if your considering it.
It Works, But Not For Thick/Coarse Hairs

I received this a few weeks ago and tried it out after taking a shower, like one reviewer suggested. I used it on my upper lip and on my chin--- I couldn't really do much right above my lip because it was too painful, but was able to do the sides and the chin. In order to do this, you basically twist the little knobs in a forward and backward motion, which rips the hair out at the root. It worked "okay" for my purposes, it got out all the fine and medium hairs on my lip, but was virtually impossible to quickly get out stubborn black and coarse hairs on my chin-- I had to go back with tweezers. Now, as hair is growing back weeks later, it is darker, which is unpleasant-- and it is now too early to use the device to grab the hairs. Where I pulled out the hairs on my chin there are now MORE coarse black hairs than before. This is pretty disappointing; I am also getting some acne around where I pulled the hairs out. I will still use this on my lip, but am not sure if I am going to continue to use it on my chin. I am sure this product works for women with fine and ladylike hairs, but for my purposes it wasn't a good use of money.
Flakes of metal fall off the spring when I tried using it. Defective piece sent. Hate it!

Reading the reviews, I was very excited that I ordered this product, but I am not happy with what I got. I received the product today, there was a twisted spring band near the center and when I tried using it, I could see some flakes of metal falling off. I felt that the hair came off, but the flakes falling on my clothes was disgusting. I am not sure if I should be using it at all on my skin.I tried to look immediately on Amazon if I had an option to return it but I don't see anything. I am hoping that the company replaces or send me a fresh piece and not a rusted one. I am hopeful that based on the reviews, it shouldn't be a bad product, and that this was a defective piece that got sent mistakenly.

I previously owned a Bellabe Facial Hair Remover and decided to purchase this product as a replacement. I detest the !Best Facial Hair Remover. It's smaller than the Bellabe Facial Hair Remover and doesn't seem to have the same amount of tension in the coils to remove the facial hair.
Honestly, I have thrown away the !Best Facial Hair Remover after a couple of uses and have already purchased another Bellabe Facial Hair Remover.
