This rocking horse is so sweet. I bought it for a new baby(4 months) because of the fact that it was like a stuffed animal which I thought a young child would enjoy more. It's really easy to take it out of rocking mechanism to make it wheeled instead, no tools(or manual reading required). All you do is flip back the locking mechanism on the front and slide it out. The pony itself feels very sturdy. I'm not sure of the weight limit, but it's rated for a one year old, so it seems like it would hold up nicely. I bought this pony in brown for a yet unborn little boy because I want to be the favorite 'auntie', and nothing says favorite like a pony.

Cute, lightweight, easy to rock but does not rock back and forth too fast. My 13 month old gets on it herself and goes straight to pinching the ear to hear the music!

Bought this for my friends 1 year old daughter and she loves it...we took the rocker base off of it cause it we little tall with it on...perfect now. It doesn't roll to fast either, just enough that she can push herself. I would have given it 5 stars but it's a little garbled when it sings but still cute
