I love Carnation Breakfast Essentials! Having had back surgery where they go through the back of your neck in 2008, they inadvertently paralyzed my right vocal cord. So eating certain foods is difficult, out of fear the food will enter the lung. I used to be able to find it in various grocery stores. All I can find is a 10 pack for almost $10. when I saw the the price available for a 32 pack, I could have done a dance! It's definitely not just for breakfast. I drink it for a snack, or when we are having something that I can't swallow. You can even pour it in a bowl and freeze it, and it's almost like ice cream, but much better for you.
It is simply the best in flavor and nutrition
