I love this swimsuit. Based on the reviews of other people though (which was mixed) and also on the sizing chart I went one size up from my normal size. After putting it on I thought it was a bit loose for a swimsuit. It wasn't loose enough to look bad though or to lose functionality (the halter is an adjustable tie back, so I just pulled it tighter to keep it from coming down. There are some things to take into consideration though. I noticed in the reviews, there were a number of people who thought that it was loose around the chest. I have a larger bust so, that actually came as a relief to me. I'm normally a size 12 which the sizing chart says is an XL, but do to the reviews of others, I played it safe and got the next size up, XXL/14. Like I said it was a touch loose, a size down (my normal size) would have been a perfect fit. However, I have a DD bust and large hips, I would say that if you are an A, B, or even a small C, you could actually go down a size in order for the cups to fit right and the rest of the swimsuit wouldn't be too tight. I guess it really all depends on your body, but I would definitely say that the swimsuit fits curvy body types as expected, but other body types could go down a size from normal to get the right fit. Which is strange, it's usually the other way buying swimsuits online, which is why I went a size up, but I'm not complaining. I'm going to keep the one I have because it's not too loose. But I'm considering buying the blue one in my normal size. If I do I'll wright another review for that one to compare how each size fits.

First off this swimsuit is very pretty! The colours are vibrant and the pattern is so beautiful. I'm really happy I went with blue flower! I've been looking for a decent priced plus size swimsuit for quite sometime and this is just that. The breast area does feel a little small simply because of the padding but removing that is a quick fix if even necessary, it holds up my chest rather fairly if the neck ties are tightened. I actually ordered a size up in fear it may be too small at 3x so I got a 4x and I actually really could have gotten a 3x if I wanted a slimmer fit. It's very true to size! I have like 42ddd breast and I manged to keep em in this, they don't sag like crazy. Though, the reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish there was more breast support other than tying the neck strings super tightly. The layered fabric gives it a really nice touch and helps hide my belly a bit more which I like and the boy short cut gives extra coverage to my rear which I've never had in a bathing suit before! It's definitly worth the price and buy. I haven't worn it in water yet since I just recieved it today so I will update my review if anything changes then :)

First off, let me say that the sizing is crazy. In no way, shape, or form do I wear a size 16, or a size 3x, but I guess according to these people, I do! I am 5'3", 250 lbs, a size 38D, with a VERY large rear end. My measurements are 48", 42", 52". Normally an 16-18 up top and a 20 on bottom. This suit is sexy, flattering, fits like a dream, minimizes the fool out of my tummy, and doesn't make me feel like I'm walking around half naked. It is worth every blessed cent I paid and I plan on purchasing more in other colors. The only "issue" is that the cups are preformed to a very strange shape and most likely wouldn't work for someone with a larger chest. The width of the cup is fine, but they are very deep and the top of the cup is pushed down to where it is nearly parallel with the floor. It works for me, though! Super in love with this suit!

SO..... I bought this swimsuit 5 years ago and I noticed that the fabric was thin and tried to replace it with a random swimsuit I bought elsewhere. I was not happy with that swimsuit for multiple reason and decided to re-buy this swimsuit from my order history.

Let me say why I came back- it was the style. For a plus size girl the style is very flattering and comfortable. The longer leg while not as long typical shorts that you buy as separate they do cover the bump between hips and tights. The top has large padding that while not sewn in does not move while you are swimming or bunch up. The halter top provides great support.

Anyway, I love the style. I'm hoping the fabric last up longer- I'm planning to hand wash and hang dry instead of machine washing and hope the fabric last a bit longer

I am 6' tall, size 16 pants, 38B bra. The size XL fit perfectly. I had to do a little shimmy to slide the suit over my hips, but that's normal in a bathing suit. The ruching on the tummy was flattering and there is a solid panel of control fabric lining the front (I had my doubts, I usually go for a suit with some heavy-duty tummy control), the backside has full coverage, the back comes up high to hold the top in place well, the straps were long enough to adjust easily for a shorter or longer torso. For about $25 I was impressed- the fabric feels like good quality (beach umbrella print), the seams are sturdy (although somewhat more bulky than the average suit). There was a slight plastic-y smell right out of the box, but not bad. The top of the suit has soft molded cups, which I found flattering and supportive- I am not sure if they would be enough for someone with a larger cup size, but they looked good on me. It does not have underwire or boning in the chest.
I did not find that the legs were long enough to give a micro-short look (as the pictures show), rather they looked just about like any low-cut legs. The ruching on the tummy is not loose, so it does not stretch and slide around when wet.
