Nice and firm and thick

Nice and firm and thick. The combo is good and clean.

Minus one star because they STINK for a good while...as in you have to air them out because the "china factory" smell is so intense.
Not just a mousepad.

EDIT: One side started peeling from the foam and the ends began to fray. At the price I'd still recommend it but be aware its not going to look very aesthetically pleasing.

Even though this is listed as a mousepad, I actually bought it as a keyboard mat/wrist rest. I was skeptical going in, but figured it was cheap so worth a shot.. The grifiti wrist rests adevertised for keyboards just seemed a bit too tall for my taste. I'm using this with a pok3r right now (60% keyboard so no num pad, arrrow keys etc and a low profile design) and it is the absolute perfect size for it. There's about a centimeter of clearance on either side and the wrist pad lines up nicely with the base of the keyboard providing a great typing position, although a bit less so on higher profile boards like my cm storm quickfire. The mousepad part helps to prevent slipping and helps to deaden sound, which is a great unexpected plus if you have a heavy hand and live with other people like myself. The wrist rest itself is nice. The foam is sturdy and dense but surprisingly comfortable at the same time. It has a nice, supportive cushy-ness similar to an extra firm memory foam mattress. So far, I'm really happy with the ergonomics and overall quality of this product. It's proved great for my somewhat unconventional use case. I will update this review down the line if the nylon covering begins to come undone or any other problems arise.

with slight modifications on each review to apply to the specific product, as I had VERY similar experiences with all three of these products.

This is a hard review for me to do, because I think the results will vary from person to person depending on their usage type.
Let me preface this with what I do with the Mouse Wrist Pad: Gaming, Coding, Video Editing, Photoshop, Web Browsing, and general computer use.

The Fat Mouse Wrist Pad I thought would be my saving grace, it came close, but not close enough. Initially I reviewed the Fat Mouse Wrist Pad 8, it seemed perfect, but was just not wide enough. After receiving the 12 inch version from Grifiti, I was excited to test it out.

The rubber feet are great, they keep the mouse pad in place and I never had it move accidentally on me.
The mousepad itself is nylon on both versions, which worked very well for my mouse. The wrist pad comes in either Nylon or Smooth Skin, I tested out the Nylon version. After testing a few of Grifiti's products in Nylon and Smooth Skin, I found myself slightly preferring the comfort of the nylon.

For slow paced activities like (most) video editing, photoshop, web browsing, coding, and general computer use, I found it very comfortable and easy to use. My wrist, of course, felt much better after getting off the computer than without the wrist pad. The larger 12 inch version provided me more than enough room for the mouse without being obnoxiously large.

It all was great! Until I started trying to game with it..
I game at 1250 DPI, which is considered slow to some and fast to others, so I can't really say which it is. I find myself using a lot of the mouse pad, and whilst moving my mouse around quickly I found it was uncomfortable to keep my wrist in place, so I ended up moving my wrist too. This ended up with me virtually just raising my arm more than usual and skidding against the edge of the wrist pad.
I also find myself resting my palm behind my mouse normally to stabilize my hand for more smaller movements and more accurate aiming. Even on this massive mouse pad, my hand would move all the way to the top in order to achieve this, causing me to not have enough vertical room for the mouse and awkwardly resting my arm on the wrist pad.

The fact of the matter is that this is a problem I would run into with ALL combined mouse wrist pads, so I find it unfair to knock off points just because of this.

Here's the verdict: all of Grifiti's mousepad wrist rests are great for what they are, but what they are (FOR ME PERSONALLY) I found getting in the way of how I use my mouse when I game. For anyone that's doing pretty much anything besides gaming, I think this is a great product that they will enjoy! Some gamers with different mouse usage styles than me might love this mouse pad too.

I think I would have given this product a 3.5 out of 5, but there is no option so I opted for a 4 instead of a 3 due to Grifiti's outstanding customer support and fast shipping times.
