I like to drink these about 20 minutes prior to a long run or bike ride. Might be in my head but it sure feels like I have a bit more energy and can go a bit further than without. small improvement on taste would be nice. Not a bad taste but not the factor that will keep you coming back. I understand these are not about the taste but performance though.

I purchased the Blue Raspberry NOS pumped 12 pack and was very pleased. The expiration date was several months in the future, giving plenty of time. The taste reminded me of those gallons of sugary juice you can buy from the grocery but only with more of an after taste. Worked well to give me a bit of an energy boost prior to my run.

Was happy to get some very cheap for like $3 per case. Thought it was good for a try, but now I love this stuff. I love the taste. I like that it is clear with no need for colorings. It makes me feel energetic, but not really jittery. Just my speed. No mixing required is a bonus too. May be tempted to pay full price when my cheap supply runs out as this is way better than my powders.
