I got this top for the frame. The tarp was too small and useless so I used the frame part and bought another tarp and created my own cover. If they just sale the frame without the tarp but cheaper, then I would recommend this product but because I now have a tarp that can't be used for anything, I would recommend you try searching for a better product

I purchased this roof because I want the triangle ends of the roof covered. The roof I purchased from Tractor supply did not cover the ends of the roof but is was a way better built product. Bottomline, I would not recomment this product. Better off buying the tractor supply roof or building one out of conduit of you have the skills. my issues are below. See attached photos as well.

Issues:
1. There are no fasteners provided to attached this roof to the horizontal top of the dog kennel.
- There should be fasteners provided to connect roof kit to dog keen and there were none provided.

2. There is only one horizontal member provided with the roof system (the apex) and it should contain three horizontal members in total.
- 1 tube for the apex or center of roof at the heighest point (provided)
- 1 horizontal tube for left side of roof (Not Provided)
- 1 horizontal tube for right side of roof (Not Provided)

Okay the only reason that I gave this three stars instead of 5 is because when I received this one because this is my second purchase my first one was through Home Depot. Everything looked as it did the first time I purchased it I had to make modifications the first time so I knew that modification be made to mount it to my kennel cage because I did not have the type of kennel cage that had open post to slip the frame down into as it's designed so what I did is I used PCV tubes Mount of those on top of my cage which you should be able to see it a picture if it will post and it mounted perfectly the three stars is because for some reason this canopy has for grommet holes about a foot up from the sides where water can leak through I don't know if it was defective or if it's for a multi design but I had to use sticky Gorilla Tape to plug those holes or cover those holes so that my dog's cage does not get wet because I also cover the sides as well but a side of that it's a very durable very strong frame the only reason I bought another one was because when we had our winter storm here in Ohio if we got close to 10 inches of snow the weight bear down on it and the frame could not take the weight

Very disappointed in this product. The instruction were nothing more than a generic diagram. Worse; two of the tubes screws were so tight I had to use a pair of pliers to loosen them. And, the holes they screws were supposed to go into, were on the opposite side of the metal tube.

I had to buy a drill and drill holes to attach it to the top of the kennel as tightening it down didn't work it just fell apart. Also it's meant to slide into the top of the kennel but my kennel has a flat top so once again I drilled holes and secured one frame to the other with wire. The tarp that goes on top is excellent quality and the tie downs that come with it do a great job further securing it to the frame. I hope this helps.
