Bought 2 necklaces and one broke immediately. Very pretty but poorly made. I'd like to return the one that broke however the pearls rolled everywhere, under fridge, husband vacuumed them up, and dog chewed a few! At least I was able to laugh. I'd like it replaced but how with this mess.
