I got it for my 3 month old Grandson, the inner inflateable ring allows us to use it without putting his legs through the holes, but lets some water in to help keep him cool. Very satisfied with the product, will also be able to use it for him next year.

We just received this for my 8 month old and he just loves it! The canopy is great because it can block the sun, but it doesn't really stay in place and kept falling so we often don't use it. Also, the shark's eyes kind of don't face forward so you can't really see it - but that's just aesthetic. Other than that, this is a fun floatie for my son! And frees us up to swim around and play with him!
