One year later, still works great! Powering both the door sensor and an LED light from one 12V wall adapter. The highly flexible wiring options (SPST, Normally Open or Normally Closed) gives great flexibility in how to configure it. Just a little basic electrical expertise and it's good to go. Using this in my garage as a visible indicator whether my car has pulled in far enough to allow the garage door to close, so no problems with ambient light and the reflector.
