Cheap, low quality. Ceramic tips disintegrated on the first two bits I tried to use for smoothing some small parts. Suggest looking for a manufacturer with a good reputation and history of quality.

Works great. Good amount, I haven't used the pink tips yet. The row below is smooth with good cutting action.
I've used this set from rough to smooth to achieve a fine sheen on the Steel rings I design.

I would buy again, but I haven't gone through any tips yet, they seem well built.
