Great for the price

Love this light truss, only one minor complaint. When telescoping up, the first section goes up great. The second section however is a pain. Come to find out, when you have the tripod tightened, it doesn't allow the tubing to telescope out. You have to loosen the tension on the tripod legs to be able to telescope the lower section up. This can be a pain if you already have lights on the truss. Overall, this truss is very strong, takes about 20 minutes to set up by myself, than another 1/2 to an hour to add all the lights. Looks great too! You can also use each tripod without the truss as two separate small stands.

Full STEEL constructions, the only plastic are the handles on the connectors and the end caps. No manual but the pictures in Amazon give you all you need to put it together. I liked the 2 zip bags that hold the smaller parts.

Very sturdy build even at the 15' configuration as the other reviews have mentioned. I like it and it supports my lighting very well. There is a simple instruction come with it and two small pouches for the connectors and wing screws. One of the knob and connector were missing in the package and I emailed CedarsLink about it. They are very nice and send those missing parts out to me right a way. Will buy it again if I need another one.

Very sturdy and yes metal connections not plastic as they indicate. It's kind of heavy to tote around too much (see product weight). My order was missing one small part and they were very prompt to respond. I received the missing item in 48 hours. The other very minor problem was that one of the T-Bars was scratched. It looked like it was used by someone and then returned. Not all customers are honest either. The rest of the product was new and given the fact that no one would see the scratches without a magnifying glass, I am very pleased.

Very nice unit. Setup time is 1.5 hours more. I wished I would have purchased the toolless version.
