Great for helping with sprains. Fast shipping. Wonderful. If I remember correctly, this is the exact same aircast that my doctor "prescribed" me for my first sprain. Worked great that time. This time, however, ehh.. But I didn't have a sprain. Just go to the doctor and get it X-rayed. I didn't have insurance at the time that I injured myself again about 2 months ago, so I couldn't go to the doctor. This didn't do the trick. But I had something else wrong with me.
Only problem is that the bottom strap seems to stretch a bit, which completely defeats the purpose of the cast.

After a severe ankle sprain, my chiropractor recommended I purchase one of these. It does everything the specs say. I've been using it every day for a month. The ankle swelling is minimal and I don't have to worry about re injuring my ankle. And it is MUCH more comfortable than the plaster splint and ace wrap I got at the ER!

Purchased for a ballet dancer with a bad ankle sprain (rolled off pointe with loud pop sound). Works very well. Sturdy, comfortable, and very supportive. Velcro tabs at the base and around leg make it very customizable. The only potential problem is fitting it in a shoe, of course.

This is amazing. It takes five seconds to read the instructions on how to adjust it to your size and equally as long to adjust it. It is incredibly easy to personalize. Whomever designed this is a genious. I don't even remember I'm wearing it but it offers instant relief. When I remove it I don't have any marks on my leg. I can take it off and wear shorts and flip flops immediately if I was so inclined. I can't speak highly enough about it. If you adjust it to your size you can't even feel it muggy 100° weather under long pants. I've yet to try it with dress shoes but otherwise I'm delighted. I highly recommend it. I've worn it for two fourteen hour days back to back without socks with tennis shoes and I didn't feel anything but awesom
