Sturdy, but did not come brand new.

The towel dispenser holds a large volume of paper towels. This paper towel dispenser arrived with dirt and debris stuck to the back panel, clearly the items was used before it was sent here. I was under the assumption that this item was brand new.

Not wishing to be overly negative, I think this is a good product. BUT, ASI photoshops out two rather ungainly tabs at the top of the back panel. These tabs are present, visually, when the device is closed and operational. I think they are ungainly, to say the least.
Of course, I am an architect and very picky about appearances. I am writing this review to spare others my disappointment.
