Fit my HP Pavilion DV7-6163us link a glove. Battery arrived nearly charged. I followed the enclosed instructions to completely charge and discharge a couple of times. Afterwards the battery held a charge for a little over two hours playing YouTube videos. I am find with the battery life as I normally plug the laptop in. If the computer would have worked without a battery, I probably wouldn't have bothered to even by one. However, an HP laptop will not turn on without a good battery. I liked that the seller had their phone number, email, and physical address on the enclosed instructions.

Lasted 8 months won't hold a charge, says full charge dies in a half hour.
Update 7-20-17 After I posted the above review I was contacted by the Ninjabatt comp about by complaint.
They replaced the battery and has since bin working very well. I would give their customer service 5 stars.
Overall experience so far 4 stars.

Product delivered as promised. Battery fit right into laptop and charged with no incident. Because of past bad laptop battery experiences and positive NinjaBatt experience, NinjaBatt is now my family's laptop battery go to store.
