The magnet's strong, but the size of the square ...

The magnet's strong, but the size of the square casing leaves you with the impression that that entire space is magnetized, when the actual magnet itself is about 1/5 the size, so you can't actually strongly hold as many pins as you think you can. The casing is made cheaply, though, so you can just pry it open and the magnet's strong enough to attach directly to the bracelet since the core is metal. I ended up purchasing larger magnets that I'll probably replace it with, though.

Great for hanging an art show, keeping nails/hanging hooks at the ready. Lightweight and just the right size. (When I borrowed husband's heavier wrist magnet bracelet it was too big and too heavy and swung all over -- far less helpful.)
