MY ONLY ISSUE WITH THESE RACKS IS THAT WHEN I USED A HEAVY DUTY SCRUBBIE TO REMOVE HARDENED ( NOT BAKED ON ) GLAZE IT REMOVED SOME OF THE FINISH CAUSING COPPER TO SHOW THROUGH. IF THIS KIND OF DAMAGE WAS A POSSIBILITY THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER CLEANING. OTHERWISE I AM PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT. IT IS DESIGNED WELL AND PERFORMS WELL. I WOULD BY IT AGAIN WHEN I NEED MORE COOLING RACKS AND I WILL SOAK OFF DEBRIS BEFORE SCOURING.
