Last 22th July we bought 2 units of ph meter OHAUS Starter 300 with your company.
One of electrodes came with a problem, when the temperature probe is conected inmediatly the measured start to fail. We make measurements interchangue both electrodes and equipments and the problem is with the electrode starter320 serial number 2619194.
Consequently we can not sell the equipment.
There is a video attached with photos.
Hope we can get a new one.
