So far I can't say anything negative other than I wish the container would state the percentage of Sodium Bisulfate verses other ingredients. This is important in evaluating the cost of the product and how effective it will be in lower the PH of your pool water.
Best bang for your buck

I've struggled to keep the PH balance of my hot tub, which seems a little silly, but it's the truth. I needed a way to reduce the PH and for 7lbs, I almost bought PH reducer elsewhere. This was three times more than that for just over the same price. I had it within three days and my hot tub is already clearer.
Works great

I have a new saltwater pool and the PH has been high and I have gone through a lot of acid. I was looking for a safer alternative. I tried this today and was surprised at how well it put my PH exactly where I wanted it. I read a lot of reviews on here about labeling and difficulty with opening the bucket. The bucket was incredibly easy to open so perhaps it was redesigned. Just tear off one strip and pop it open. The labeling is very clear as to the amount to use based on pool size and current PH level. I am very pleased with this. I know it is a little more expensive than acid but the peace of mind is worth it to me. I had a couple drops of acid land on the pavers once and I shudder to think if that had been skin.
Pretty Easy to Understand---and Use.

For starters, I found the container relatively easy to open. Keep in mind, if it is a choice between the chemical spilling out or staying in the container, I opt for the latter. So, yes, the lid is tight, but for a reason.

Further, to comments about labeling, and particularly how much to add, let me say this, there are two variables to deal with. One, the size of the pool is easy, or at least should be, it is something you should know. The second, pH reduction is, well, trickier. Presumably, you have some idea as to how much you need to change the pH-else why did you buy this in the first place? There is a matrix on the side, that references both pool size against the desired reduction in pH. And the answer is in "pounds." Probably the smartest thing is to stay on the low side, wait a day, and then retest for pH. After the first week or so, you should have a pretty good idea as to what is going on.

For instance, if your acid test suggests after one week that you need to add a pound, then do so, add a pound, and then without testing, add a half-pound every week for a month, then restest and see where you stand. If the delayed retest, indicates that your pH still needs to go lower, then do that, up the weekly amount to a pound. Conversely, if the half-pound did the job, then stick with it.
Works. But why?

Works, but why bother? Muriatic acid works just as well and is way cheaper. The whole idea that this is less caustic than muriatic acid is fine, but it doesn't really matter. The acid isn't a problem at all. I've been using it for many years with no damage to my pool at all. If you feel like you need to spend more for a powder that feels "safer" to you, go ahead. I bought this once, but won't again.
