I wish I took before and after pics of when my dad came to visit with a rash on his leg. Within hours after applying this balm there was a noticeable improvement. I let him keep my balm and just ordered another for myself. This stuff is not joke. I didn't really think it'd be this effective considering the natural formula, but it is my go to balm for almost everything.

Highly recommend. I had an embarrassing case of athletes foot which I've never had before. The skin on my foot was scaly and peely it was also itchy. I used this one night and the next day it soothed the itching scales and redness. I used it in conjunction with an over the counter cream which was making my skin even more dry. I love the scent and I don't think it lasts too long so I wouldn't let that stop you from trying this.
Probably doesn't work for everyone, but if you have a pesky case of athlete's foot, it's worth a shot. Worked for me!

I only gave 4/5 stars because so far it's not doing anything for my dry heels, but I'll update if that changes.
HOWEVER, I've had athlete's foot in between my 3rd, 4th, and pinky toes pretty much my entire life. It comes and goes based on the season, but nothing has ever combatted it UNTIL THIS PRODUCT. I've been using it for 5 days and have noticeable healing and relief.
Others have claimed instant relief from itching... I didn't experience that. But what I am experiencing is that after a few days the urgency to itch and the burning are gone and my skin is healing. First photo was day one, second photo is day 5. Not the same angle and lighting isn't great, but there is obvious healing.
