Locks are a concern

When I opened this product I was kind of excited about the locks as they were easily opened and slide nicely. I tested the product with a paper towel inside and submerged it for about twenty minutes. It blocked the water. So I placed my phone inside to make sure it fits as I have a 6.5 in phone plus my case. It fit. Yay. My old waterproof case was too small for my new phone. I was glad it fit as I have a vacation coming soon that I needed a waterproof case. Well after wearing it around for a few minutes testing the weight, as my phone is large, I accidentally hit the lock with my hand and it turned halfway to unlock. Now I worry that it may pop open while in use. That is why I scored it a four.

I traveled alone to Hawaii recently and wanted to be able to keep my phone safe when I took it in the water. This worked perfectly and fit my Samsung S22 Ultra outside of its case with ease (with its case on not so much). Only down side was if I left my phone in the pouch when I wasn't in the water and just sitting on thr beach my phone would overheat twice as fast, just so you're warned.

I tested it as recommended when it arrived. It holds water out. Working the seals isn't difficult. I haven't used full manipulation under water. There was an offer and it was hard to do, but the company corrected the glitch. I'm happy with the result.

Ultimately returned this pouch, but will work great for some. Costumer service was very responsive and the return process was easy.
Pros: Pouch is completely waterproof, as stated, and the clarity is great for taking photographs while using . It feels durable and the lanyard strap makes it easy and secure to carry. The touchscreen functionality is a little off, but still perfectly acceptable.
Cons: It was very difficult to get the phone in and out of the pouch. The material clings very strongly to the phone and unfortunately to the screen protector. When removing it, my screen protector was pulled partway off. The suggestions from the company were to use it without a screen protector and to put a bit of powder on the sides of the phone to ease being able to put it into the pouch. Removing the screen protector is undesirable, of course, as it would be ruined, and I also didn't like the idea of putting powder on the phone. Aside from the potential for damage to the device, I assume it would cloud the ability to take clear photos through the pouch, which was a large selling point for me. As stated above, customer service responded quickly to my concerns and processed my return request promptly. *I do not use a glass screen protector, and I assume you would not have the same issue I did if you have a glass screen protector*
