I'm giving the supplier more than the product 1 star. I did not receive what I thought I was ordering. The product shown in the pictures and described in the details did not match what i received. What I received was a two port 12v socket with a USB plug-in. I have a dozen USB plug-ins, I don't need one more...

I won't buy something unless it has a 4+ stars, and I find that generally you can chalk up a few negative reviews to people being stupid. However this product I received is no good. I bought it to place in my kayak battery box to run a fish finder and occasionally charge devices with the USB side. The USB is not permanent, it's simply a plug that goes into a 12v receptacle like you'd have in your car, so it comes out. For whatever reason, it is always warm, even when not in use, so it is always pulling on your battery and draining it when not in use. I'm not sure why that is cause the one I received has no led or anything that should pull on the battery. So now I have to pull it out when not in use, and since the dust cover fits only in the USB slots it is useless without the insert. So now water can freely get into my battery box. Chinease junk.
DO NOT BUY. Delivers 12V out of the USB. Will FRY your Phone/Tablet

Don't buy this piece of S.... It delivers 12 Volt current out of the USB. After installing I almost plugged in my phone as a test. But since this great product sold by Amazon (Amazon does not say where the seller is located - my seller was HelloUK and it came directly from China, and took 1.5 months to come), came directly out of the great nation of China, I had a second thought and measured the voltage. Boy I wasn't supersized! Instead the phone I got a shock (pun intended). It puts out 11.62V out of the USB. And the USB out is just a cigarette lighter plugin that you can buy from a dollar stores. Had I known that I would not buy this as my main intention was to add reliable USB supply to back of my van. Now going to find dual USB cigarette lighter with 2.1 AMP. Also mentioning the item shown is not the item sent is redundant as the unit I got do not have voltage indicators or anything shown in the pic.
