Worked out perfectly for lighting the running boards. I used a step bit to drill the 3/4" holes and the grommets went in nice and snug. Very bright for the size.

Love the lights! I installed six of them in the grille of my truck. The wiring was not too bad but the LED's have negative and positive leads so make sure to wire them accordingly. The holes in the Dodge Ram honeycomb grille were the perfect size for the lights. I took the light out of the grommet, put the grommet in the grille then put the light in the grommet. The fit is good and snug so I am not worried about them coming out unintentionally.

My intended purpose was to use these as turn signal lights on a UTV because I have another UTV with similar lights that work great. These barely make enough light to see. They are not good for signal lights.

Ok, so you want some cool LED lights for your semi or whatever, well, these little gems are the lights for you. Bright, and well-constructed at a low price. The only thing that one should know it that the bullet connectors are a size larger than the common .157 size bullets. Not a huge issue, but it will cause you to have to make changes to other water-tight connectors if you can't find the female part of the connectors. Other than that, these lights are working well on my Peterbilt. I'll try to post a pic of these lights in operation soon.
