First of all i would like to say what a great product this. It does what it says it does.
I loved the fact that you install it without a cd rom. Now a days in companies they don't have those cd roms anymore.
It was very easy to install, Once the scanner scans the id or driver license, it automatically saves it in a folder. You can always rename the folders and go back in them to delete or edit a picture.
Here where i work at we needed something like this, because when we sell a high dollar item we have to ask the customer for a copy of their id. The walk back to the scanner was very long and the customers would wonder why we need a copy of their id. This Scanner is so fast we give the id or driver license back in less than 6 seconds.
it has really made things more efficient and productive.

I installed in few days ago in my store and it was easy to install. It was simple to use my employees which is great as they have to use for driving license copies. It helps that is small enough so does not take much counter space. I will have to check the re-calibration after I have used for a longer time. So far it works good for my purpose.

I got this to get by until our bigger card scanner returned from warranty work. I looked for one that was inexpensive since it would just be for a temporary back-up. We have had our first card readers since 2019 and I just bought two more for the computers that did not have them. We have never had any issue. Simple to use. They upload each side of the card separately. It produces clear images usually on the first try as long as the card fees correctly. A good purchase and it they have lasted.
