This organizer is exactly as advertised. It has been working great for me so far and was just what I needed. I use a big tool bag a ton as I'm always at the junkyard or at friend's places working on vehicles and this helped clean up my bag a TON. Love that the base is magnetic so it keeps all those little bits held in great, especially compared to the crappy plastic holders that usually come with those bits that tend to break or get lost easily along with your bits. Can't speak of the longevity of the product just yet as I just started using it but it seems to be built to be durable so lets hope that is the case!
Not a bad tool & Easy to customize

I do a lot of writing for an online off road magazine. I purchased the tool to help with packing out my trail tools. I do have a couple of observations right out of the gate.
1) The hole spread is well done but they are too deep for some bits to magnetize properly. If the bit is normal width all the way up, no problems. However, if the bit expands slightly at the top (as many do) like your larger hex keys and 1/4" drive bit, they don't sink far enough to be held in by the magnet at all. I am going to solve this by boring out the top portion of some of the holes.
2) I wish the magnet was a just a bit more aggressive. Even for the bits that fully seat, they will hold upside down but a little jar or rattling will cause them to fall out. This scenario happens a lot in a tool bag (tied down to the Jeep tub) bouncing around an off road trail. I solved this by making a sheath. For now, it is just made of duct tape but in the future I will take the time to make one out of canvas.
3) The color selection (red) is perfect because you want to be able to spot your tools easily. Too often, you set something down on the trail and they get lost in all the leaves, sticks, mud, gravel, etc.
Over all, I am happy I bought the bit holder. It is the prefect size to hold several bits and save space in a tool bag. If this was just bench mounted, I could see this being nearly perfect.
