Fantastic piece of equipment. I'm a goalkeeper and obviously practicing is a real challenge when on my own and this wonderful tool is a great asset for practicing ball handing and mimimicking certain types of shots. It's also great for the outfield game too, helping with rebounds and ball control. It's well-build and light and portable with a great carrying case to lug it around. If you've got space, going one size higher can help as the surface area, while large when lugging it around town, can feel small when trying to hit it from some distance. Then, it might make me a better player. Already I can attest that I am a far better player because of this.
