Great device to verify your voltmeter is working without exposing yourself to an arc flash hazard.

Good product from Fluke, should be used any time to verify your meter/leads are good.
Simple, easy to use and it just works.

I bought this for LDL testing. Mine read hgh on several different meters but they are + or - 10% so i got over that. As a bonus we have to Live Dead LIve test but need to use a proximity meter first, so you can insert meter leads to activate the unit and it will verify the presence of voltage with a proximity meter. This was only checked with an amp probe unit so your experience may vary.
I do wish it came with a case and for 100 bucks it really should.
Case and the +- 10% are the reason for 4 stars. The magnet is necessary or almost necessary and the money for a case is negligible in my opinion.
