We bought this after reading some of the other "RV aerobics" reviews and were not disappointed. This definitely helps to stabilize our 35' toyhauler.

It needs a washer on the king pin cup so that when you tighten it up it doesn't cut through the Teflon plate. Other that it works it can take a while to get it set where you want it.
These are wonderful. Definitely helps stabilize our 5th wheel
