I'm sorry but I am not versed on what a "saginaw 68 & 86" are and i don't have a microfiche too cross reference. Could you just say what it fits? It does not fit a 1994 wrangler, which is what I searched for. I would return it but was past the return window by the time I figured out it wasn't the right one.

Installed a week ago, no leaks, box is nice and tight without play in wheel or from the output shaft. Very pleased. Installed in lifted Jeep with 31" tires.

Works great so far. Have a few thousand miles on it and it is still holding up. No leaks, no sequels, no shimmies. Replaced my xj's saginaw. And honestly seems to be about the same quality. If you're doing this job yourself, save yourself some times and hassle if you live in the north. Your old bolts are probably going to snap, and your spacer is going to be toast - if you can even get it off the old gearbox. They sell the grade 8 bolts at ace hardware, and I used grade 8, 3/4 nuts for a new spacer and it works and fits well. The mopar brace, if you can still find them at the dealer is 250 dollars for a 5 dollar piece of aluminum so don't be a chump. Make your own or buy one someone made with a welder online for 30 bucks. Also, if you live in the north, get some new PS lines while you're at it. I tried to go cheap and see if I could reuse mine and it just cost me more time and money in the long run. A nice pair of flair nut wrenches will make this job easier too.

High Quality Reman part, nice paint job. Not exactly the same as the original 1990 Jeep YJ, 4 bolts attachment verse 3 bolt attachment polnts, but Buy Auto Parts responded quickly and assured me that this was the stronger updated version. It does have thicker attachment point material.
