Smells good
KaJuZoNovember 6, 2017
I bought this to add to my daughters hair because of lice. I add it to a spray bottle with water and spray in their hair every morning. They haven't gotten lice while this time last year they had gotten it twice by now. Plus it's smells better than tea tree oil.
Not Bad but Not the Best I've Tried
Amazon CustomerNovember 1, 2017
I buy lavender essential oil regularly and I like to try a different brand each time. I normally use it for relaxation: I put a few drops on my pillow before going to bed as it helps me fall asleep. This was not my favorite but it's not bad. I won't be repurchasing this but I don't regret buying it. This is a fairly deep, very sweet lavender scent that has almost a "waxy" note to it - as if you were burning a lavender scented candle and you could feel some of the candle wax if you leaned in too close to take a whiff. I do agree with other reviews that this does smell a tad artificial. I prefer deep dried lavender scents (herbal and a little bitter); however, that being said, I do appreciate the sweetness of this and it is very potent. I will definitely use it up.
Does not smell like lavender at all
Amazon CustomerOctober 7, 2017
Does not smell like lavender at all. Smells chemical-ish to me and gives me almost an immediate headache. I bought it hoping it would be a cheap lavender to add to my "stink spray" my boys' hockey gear with, but it honestly smells terrible.
Unpleasant

I have bought lavender essential oil from different brands. This oil is definitely the worst. I agree with the other reviewer that this oil smells like public restrooms. I diffused this oil in my bedroom last night. The scent was so unpleasant that I couldn't sleep. Quite the opposite effect of lavender EOs. The dropper doesn't work well, either.

So far this has been the best oil I have purchased. The smell is very pleasant and I am no lavender lover by any means. However, some may find the odor too strong. I use it at work and it's a pretty big space and coworkers say it's pretty strong. I would highly recommend.
