I read the mixed reviews and noted that many of the lower reviews were due to not realizing it was intended to go in water. This includes the one about the plants not standing upright as they stand perfectly upright in my tank.
I admit that it was wrapped a little tight and needed some fluffing after unpacking and re-attaching one segment of a plant (a male/female type plastic connection that took literally 15 seconds to connect most of which was figuring out where it had detached because the plants are that dense).
I am ordering a second.

Save your money! This thing came in a plastic and looked as it had been lost in the warehouse for awhile. The tall plants that gives it the height I needed were not the correct ones in the photo and description. I will use it for another tank.
