Great product so far.
Protection

My wife is a crossing guard and not only this product protects her, but also is a good deterrent.
Saying that this camera is bulky and heavy, records well until it brakes and when that happens you are of luck.
This company will not return emails, they put an email with a bogus name.
My camera stopped recording, turns on, make you believe that is recording but is not.
The clip broke in the first month of use and still broken because I can't get in touch with anybody
I can't connect the camera to my PC, it says there is an USB encrypt error.
If you buy this camera just pray that it always will work, because if something happens then you are of luck.
This company does not exist, you can't get in touch with them, the emails bounce back with unknown address.
No ones takes responsibility for this piece of junk

Great camera... Awful software and Support
National Park Photographer•February 19, 2017
This camera is true to its primary use... police duty. However it has flaws that may cause you to look elsewhere. I'll explain. As a police camera, or for that matter as a camera in the general sense it is great. Video quality is excellent. It mates with your phone or tablet via WiFi in an encrypted format and restricts mating to only one user at a time. Perfect for police. It has a wide array of hardware such as LED and laser lighting, to assist in its primary job. But here's where it falls down. It's built-in software has bugs. And support is virtually non-existent. For example, it has an option to loop video so that when the internal memory fills it will write over the oldest recorded clip. That feature never worked reliably for me. I bought two of these cameras to be able to watch the front and rear of my house. If I set the camera to continuously record, it would stop when the memory was full instead of looping. After calling the company a dozen times at various times of the day with no answer but a recording, I sent an email. After some time I got a return email telling me to format the memory. I read the instruction manual twice and found no mention of how to format the memory. I wrote back asking how to format the memory and the reply told me to use the "Reset to Factory Settings" option on the settings menu. I was informed that this would erase all recorded videos and fix the problem. You guessed it... it didn't erase the videos, nor fix the looping issue. But it did reset all of my preferences so that I had to reset the date, time, resolution etc.
In short, if you want to see stunning video on your phone from a camera within fifty feet or so, this is a great choice. But if you plan to record, then cross your fingers because you're on your own.

Met expectation

look elsewhere for a body camera

this ranks right up there with the worst purchase i've ever made from amazon, and nothing about it is their fault. first, i paid the seller $25 for two-day delivery and they blew the deadline to ship it and it didn't arrive on the promised day. but, once i got it, i realized it wouldn't have made much difference.
the camera itself feels nice and solid and is quite heavy. smaller than expected. the accessories are very cheaply made though and the suction cup is what you would buy for your gopro (it has a gopro mount) for under $5. but believe me, i never made it far enough to need to use any of them.
the battery arrived very very dead and when i plugged it into a charger i realized it uses the larger usb plug which is being deprecated by most manufacturers in favor of micro-usb. but i have cameras and radios which use the larger one, so that's no big deal.
first thing i tried was to plug it into my mac to see if there was a chance the storage would mount. it wouldn't. i was never able to find the manual (there's not a manual, just a think fold-up quick-start guide), nor was i able to find the windows software although the ios/android apps are available--more later on those.
so then i had to go borrow a cd reader to try to install the software and get a pdf guide. once i got it installed i fired up vmware with my windows 7 image and tried to read the cd. couldn't do it. i then backed up a layer and tried to read the cd from the mac and no luck there either.
so then i punted and pulled up the apps (yes, i have both ios and android) and they were totally useless. this is literally true in the case of the android app which should never have left the birth canal--it crashed about 5s after a connection time after time. the ios app ran, but what are you going to do with it? you can see the lcd image of what the camera sees and presumably start and stop video and shoot stills, but without the windows software to set up the camera, why bother?
from my research before it arrived, i'm guessing this camera has been discontinued for years and if there ever was any online support for it, it has disappeared. i even spent two hours in the wayback machine trying to find a previous version of the aee websites (usa and chinese) which might have had any docs or the software.
so this thing is a total wash out. the seller, whom i emailed, didn't respond appropriately at all to my questions and it was likely a canned response.
after deciding to return it--easy decision, i assure you--i ran into the 3rd-party dilemma where you basically lose all your amazon protections. this happened to me a couple of years ago with a camera lens where the seller kept sending me emails whining that her cat had been sick and her car broke down and it dragged on for weeks and no lens was forthcoming before amazon had to intervene and give me a refund. again, to get any action, i had to file a claim to get a refund and--for reasons i won't go into about a change to the original account--i doubt that will go well. but we'll see.
in short, there's a lot of choice out there and i would look elsewhere. i've already placed an order for a pyle (?) model which was nearly double the price, but had a solid website behind it and works with mac and windows without special software as it has an inbuilt menu to configure it.
i'm only giving this thing two stars because the actual build and functioning of the camera was fine, otherwise it'd be just one.
good luck, /guy
