One pair didn’t have grip

One of the pairs I ordered didn't have the grip parts it was felt-like material and made my daughter fall immediately when she grabbed the first bar. My son's seem better. Will update if this problem is solved.

The grip is not good and too wide

They are a bit too wide for a petite 6 year old girl and she said the grip is not as good. She tried it once and put away.
