Overall, this garment gets the job done. It did not provide as much support as i had hoped for but let's be real, sometimes our expectations are unrealistic. Matter cannot be created or destroyed so if you have lots of fat in the midsection, this garment will do a good job of spreading it out around your torso but it WILL NOT make you look completely flat if that's what you're expecting. I gave a one-star deduction because I did find the hooks at the bottom to be slightly uncomfortable in certain configurations and a bit difficult to hook and unhook. Overall, this is a better option than most other slimming garments available at this price point.

A very long time ago, on my way back from the beach, I stopped at an outlet mall and picked up a Flexees waist cincher and a girdle waist cincher. I have barely worn the former but the latter, loved it; wore it to the point where the boning started popping out, and has a few holes. I went to buy another and they don't make them anymore. Then I found this, although a little different, as it is a long line girdle, then the cincher is laid over that. It is a good quality product. The only problem I have with it, is that the top stops right at the bottom of my rib cage and rubs in a weird way. If it was an inch longer or shorter then it would be perfect.

I have blown some money on waist trainers since 2014 but never found anything I really wanted to wear repeatedly. I have a small pile of failures in my closet. Then I found this and had to give it a try. I am 5'3", weigh 125lbs, ordered the medium, it fit exactly right.

Hands down, this is the best product for the money, even with the goofy name. It ranks head and shoulders above any other cincher, trainer or corset I have tried in the past 2 years, and I tried them all. I wore my nude color Women Best Waist Cincher all day under a pair of jeans and I was comfortable the entire time. There are hooks in the crotch so you can get to the toilet quickly. There are 3 sets of hooks on the front, so if you are dieting you can keep track of your progress. It really does look like the picture, even if your waist is not that tiny. I like the way it's made. The waist band DID NOT roll down! I like the way I look in it, and I am not a skinny girl. It really molded my curves without making me look squished. I will definitely buy a 2nd one in black.

Not bad I am about 200 lbs and 5'6. The shape wear smooth's out lumps in your tummy and hips. Doesn't help for thighs as it doesn't go that far down. I found the shape wear to be helpful. The snaps on the crotch make using the restroom alot easier when out and about. It does bunch up a little but but not too bad. Worth the money. Ordered size XL. Dont be intimidated when you first receive it. You have to pull it up after un snapping it and wiggle into it like jeans a bit but it will fit just fine once on.

This is actually my very first shapewear purchase, besides pantyhose, and I have a feeling it won't be the last. Did exactly as described, plus it actually made my back feel better. I love the support and the fact that it made the loose skin on my belly from weightloss disappear. The fabric wasn't itchy and it seems to be made very well, and I did a lot of odd stretching to test. I highly recommend for the quality and price. The I got an extra large hoping it would work and I was not disappointed.
