This company is amazing, friendly, helpful, perfect. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size barbs (I needed fine and I ordered standard). I realized it was my error after I sent a humble complaint to them. They were very patient and unassuming back to me. In the process, I realized my error and even though it was my fault, they tried make it right with me. I only accepted a small consolation and ordered the correct fine barbs at my own expense. But great service! Companies like this should and hopefully will do well in the Amazon economy. We all make mistakes and overlook what is written in the description on an item. I am so glad I didn't write an awful review about their labeling before I realized it was my fault! We should all as customers take our actions seriously. We will only have great access to products at great prices if we do not take advantage and hold our actions accountable. Great lesson for the future.
