The boots are spot on with one exception. The sizing runs tight. I typically order based on reviews and most said that the sizing was spot on. I ordered US 10.5 D right before a 10 road trip and did not have time to break them in. Having no alternative, I left with only one pair of riding boots and by day 2 it was evident that the boots were too small.

Aside from the sizing, the boots are excellent in the rain. The traction was superb and as described waterproof.

I have been riding with these boots since getting them and they have been great. They are comfortable, and do exactly what you would expect. My only concern was how the soles were getting worn/damaged faster than any other shoes I have seen. I estimated that these boots would work great for a year or two (given that I ride a lot and we have a very long riding season). I never wanted to test their sturdiness in an accident.
Then I went down. I was wearing all the safety gear including these boots. I was completely unhurt other than a few bruises and being sore for a few days. Looking at the boots afterwards, they were pretty abrasion resistant and held together well. There is some significant impact marks on the ancle protectors and some other areas. My feet which were protected by the boots weren't even sore or anything. From the boots up I had some small bruises and tiny scratches on my legs from the thorn bushes. Nothing made it past the boots!

Just completed a 1000 mile trip through the Big Bend area in Texas. Received the boots from Amazon the day before heading out on the trip. They did not require any break-in period, were comfortable right out of the box. Did a lot of walking, found them comfortable walking and riding. They did get a bit warm when the temps got over 90, but that would be the case with any boot built solidly enough to provide protection in case of a fall. Haven't had them long enough to determine longevity, but they seem durable. Very satisfied with them so far.

Very comfortable and easy on and off compared to high boots. Nice to walk around in also, may try to do a little hiking with them to see how they feel. I only had one issue and that was my foot is a size 12 but I had to send back and get a size 13. They must be cut small like all shoes now a days. A well built riding boot!

These are almost perfect MC riding shoe. I purchased the "Tourmaster Response WP 2.0" at the same time to compare them. The Tourmaster is touted online as being one of the best MC boots and I thought it would be better than these and I would save money. These are superior in almost every way and well worth the extra money. There is hard support in the arch to support the foot while on the footpegs. They are comfortable out of the box. They have superior ankle support. Shifting and braking are more effective with this boots. I wore them to my local MC shop and the sales manager said that he will start to carry them after examining them!!
