This is a great tasting, healthy plant-based option for anyone looking to increase their protein intake without consuming all the junk that is typical for protein powders. I like the texture of this brand better than the one I had been using. Unlike that other brand, it doesn't fill the air with powdery particles that are impossible to totally avoid breathing. Tastes a little different but not in a bad way.
